Directions
We are located at 8042 Winston St., Burnaby, B.C. in the Metro Vancouver area. Access is gained easily from Hwy 1 or via Lougheed Hwy:
Take Gaglardi exit and head north towards Lougheed Hwy; Left on Lougheed and continue for 0.5 km; left at Brighton Ave.; right at the tee intersection onto Winston St.; continue for 0.9 km and we will be found on the left.
People
A dynamic personnel force is the most valuable asset to Promag and for the purpose of long-term business development, our company has paid special attention to this area. We are of the conviction that morality merits the same priority as ability and experience, therefore moral education is stressed in our syllabus of lectures and training sessions. History
Promag Enviro Systems was founded in 1994 by Ken Magaw after taking over the Vancouver assets of H.D. Fowler Company where he had been manager for 7 years. Ken has over 30 years experience in the industry that enables him to recommend and select systems for many process requirements.
Products
Promag is dedicated to supplying products that meet high quality standards. Innovation is also something that we look for in suppliers, but all that needs to be met with good service that is built on a relationship where we can expect quick and accurate responses to questions and a reliable service chain that has your order to you when you expect it.
The quality of the product is of first importance, yet it is only through experience that a product's strength can be determined. One supplier's product line will not fit every application, there then needs to be discerning product knowledge that can help with the appropriate selection. If a product is not found to be performing as desired we will enquire into the defecit performance, re-evaluate and apply the appropriate solution as needed with customer satisfaction at the forefront of our priorities.
